Whether you’re planning a private elopement, a small gathering with close family and friends, or a last-minute ceremony, I travel directly to your chosen location to create a seamless, stress-free experience. My goal is to ensure your day feels intentional, memorable, and professionally guided from start to finish. Wedding officiant services start at $250 for elopements, which include a short, personalized ceremony for up to 3 guests, plus up to 30 minutes total on-site time (arrival 15 minutes prior, with a short post-ceremony window). Packages are customized based on your guest count, rehearsal needs, vow assistance, and travel. Additional time beyond the ceremony (including extended photo sessions or coordination) is available at a rate of $150 per hour. I’ll work with you to ensure your timeline is smooth and intentional, so we craft the exact experience you envision. In addition to officiating, I am a commissioned mobile notary providing convenient, on-site notarization. I travel to homes, offices, hospitals, correctional facilities, and other agreed-upon locations to ensure your documents are properly executed and compliant with state requirements. All services include travel within 25 miles. Locations beyond 25 miles are gladly accommodated; an additional mileage fee will apply. Clients choose P.H. Elopements and micro weddings start at $250 and include: • A personalized ceremony script • Officiating the ceremony • Filing the marriage license • Travel within 20 miles of Stockbridge Additional travel outside my standard service area may include a small mileage fee. Optional add-ons such as customized vow assistance or rehearsal attendance are available for an additional fee. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, I respond promptly to confirm availability and learn a little about your vision, guest count, and ceremony location. If we’re a good fit: We discuss the type of ceremony (elopement or micro wedding up to 50 guests). I provide a clear quote and service details. A retainer secures your date. After booking: • I send a ceremony outline and personalization questionnaire. • We finalize wording, vows (if requested), and timeline. • I confirm logistics and arrival details a few days before your ceremony. On the wedding day, I arrive early, perform your ceremony, properly complete and sign your marriage license, and handle return instructions as discussed. My goal is to make the process simple, organized, and stress-free from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ordained wedding officiant, trained in performing both civil and personalized ceremonies, including micro weddings and elopements. I have completed Georgia approved/recognized officiant training, which includes legal requirements for signing and filing marriage licenses in Georgia. In addition, I have experience guiding couples through ceremony planning, crafting meaningful vows, and creating a stress-free, memorable experience for weddings of all sizes.
