- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For our bookkeeping clients, we usually offer a monthly subscription plan that covers the Quickbooks software, setting up and reconciling bank feeds, and remote accounting support as per your requirements. If you need any additional services, such as tax returns, payroll services, or consulting services, they are available for an extra cost, which can either be added to your monthly subscription or paid separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically review previous years' tax returns and obtain the company's current accounting file. If the customer is using a different platform, we can convert it to QuickBooks Online.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Management. With over 12 years of experience in Accounting, I actively participate in annual professional development to maintain my licenses and CEs.
