QuickBooks Setup or Cleanup: $250–$500 one-time Monthly Bookkeeping: Starting at $350/month AR/AP Management Add-On: $100–$200/month Project Accounting or WIP Reporting: Custom quote Every new client starts with a free 15-minute consultation to review your setup, assess your goals, and create a customized plan that fits your budget. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1️⃣ Discovery Call: We start with a short call to understand your business, systems, and challenges. 2️⃣ Account Review: I’ll request limited access to your QuickBooks or bank data (read-only) to evaluate current bookkeeping. 3️⃣ Proposal & Pricing: You’ll receive a tailored service plan with clear deliverables and cost. 4️⃣ Setup & Onboarding: I’ll organize your chart of accounts, clean up entries, and create financial templates for reporting. 5️⃣ Ongoing Support: Monthly reviews, reconciliations, and detailed reports keep you updated and confident about your finances.

I have over 15 years of professional accounting and project management experience, specializing in construction, engineering, and real estate finance. I’m skilled in QuickBooks Online, Excel-based reporting, and project accounting systems. My background includes working directly with project managers, engineers, and business owners to manage WIP reports, budgets, and billing. I continuously update my knowledge to stay aligned with tax and accounting standards for small businesses.
