What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized based on your event size, design, and services requested. Every proposal is tailored to your vision and budget. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before your event. Last-minute bookings may be subject to an expedited service fee
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an inquiry form to gather details about your event. After reviewing your information, we'll schedule a consultation to discuss your vision, budget, and needs. Once your proposal is approved and your retainer is paid, we begin designing and planning every detail. We stay in touch throughout the process to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional experience in event planning, venue coordination, and event design. I've managed weddings, corporate events, social celebrations, and nonprofit events while overseeing logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and custom décor design.
