This company was very responsive! They answered all my questions in a timely manner. This was a very professional service for a good value! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a bouncehouse, along with other party event rentals including tables, chairs, etc. I will definitely call this company again to rent items to throw a party. My kids and their friends enjoyed jumping around and my guests were pleased with the quality of service. I was most pleased with the responsiveness, pricing, and work quality. They showed up 1 hour and a half BEFORE my event was scheduled for a quick set-up and did a clean break-down after the party was over. Highly recommended this company!

We enjoyed working with J&B Party Starters! They were family oriented,, courteous, professional, energetic and cost efficient! Everyone enjoyed the 20ft slide which was very clean and quite comfortable at the top if you wanted to just "chill" before sliding. :) We will definitely reach out to J&B in the future for our party needs!

JNB went above and beyond to make sure that my kids day was a success. The combo inflatable obstacle course was awesome. The kids cried when they came back to pick up the inflatable! We are definitely use them again before the summers out!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices starts at $140.00 for our 13 x 15. Our slides starts at $220.00. Our concession/equipment items various in pricing. You may rent for (4hrs or 8 hrs). You can earned 10% off your reservation for some referrals. Also, we give 10% to the referral customers when they reserve their events.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to their needs, and we make a commitment to carry out their event. Communications means everything to us! We want your event to be perfect!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Co-owner have a degree in public relations. We are a family who plan events year around and we utilize our skills and experience to our customers
