Rented a bouncy house for my daughter’s 4th birthday. They were professional and punctual and delivered it and picked it up for a reasonable price! The kids loved it!

JNB went above and beyond to make sure that my kids day was a success. The combo inflatable obstacle course was awesome. The kids cried when they came back to pick up the inflatable! We are definitely use them again before the summers out!!

J&B went above and beyond what we thought was impossible. We wanted to rent (last minute) a slide for a birthday party. Our yard is big enough, but on a slope so getting a slide was pretty much not an option. But then I spoke with Cynthia and she had her daughter come out to our home to see if we could make it work. They were able to set it up!! They were on time and extremely professional! They are my go to for parties from now on.. I do suggest at least 8hr rental so that the adults get some time too...

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices starts at $140.00 for our 13 x 15. Our slides starts at $220.00. Our concession/equipment items various in pricing. You may rent for (4hrs or 8 hrs). You can earned 10% off your reservation for some referrals. Also, we give 10% to the referral customers when they reserve their events.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to their needs, and we make a commitment to carry out their event. Communications means everything to us! We want your event to be perfect!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Co-owner have a degree in public relations. We are a family who plan events year around and we utilize our skills and experience to our customers
