I gave two stars because at first he was very responsive when I contacted him. However when it was time to show up on our agreed upon day, he didn’t show and told me that he’d be back the next day when I contacted him. That was 4 days ago and I haven’t heard anything since.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I hired Marquiz when my upstairs A/C stopped cooling and began backing up with water. There was water in the drain pan and water in the duct itself. The downstairs unit also quit cooking while we were waiting for him to come. Marquiz arrived quickly and was very nice. He assessed both the attic and outside and told me it was a problem outside. He changed the capacitor on the downstairs unit and put 2.5 pounds of Freon in the upstairs unit. We paid him in cash and had cold A/C.
Two days later I came into the house to find water leaking from my ceiling in two places and dripping on to my wood floor. Marquiz was notified immediately. I received a delayed response but he said he would try to come the following day. The upstairs unit was shut off as it was dripping and the water accumulation was already a problem. Communication continued with Marquiz responding less and less. The following Sunday the downstairs unit quit working. Marquiz was notified and responded “ok I got you”.
I had no upstairs nor downstairs A/C and a damaged ceiling and he was no longer responding to my texts. I had no choice but to call a company to come fix his mess, which cost me $900. I had two clogged drains, which Marquiz didn’t address at all, and 45 pounds of water was taken out of my attic. The duct is ruined because it sat with water and will have to be replaced when it dries out. Additionally, the valve to my downstairs unit was left open when he checked my Freon, which is why it wasn’t cooling, so I had to pay for 4 pounds of Freon. This doesn’t even include the repair to my ceiling.
Do yourself favor and STAY AWAY. Call someone else. ANYONE else.
