My experience with Deonta was mixed but ended on a positive note. At first, I was frustrated because he didn’t show up on time, left my AC not working, and I couldn’t reach him by phone or message. Later, he explained that his phone had been broken, which caused the lack of communication. On the positive side, once he followed up, Deonta proved to be professional and experienced. He successfully installed my new Google Nest thermostat and got it working properly. I really appreciated his technical skills and the quality of the final work.
