Deonta was truly exceptional. He responded the same day to help with several issues affecting my elderly aunt’s AC and thermostat, and his level of professionalism and care far exceeded our expectations. My experience with Deonta was mixed but ended on a positive note. At first, I was frustrated because he didn’t show up on time, left my AC not working, and I couldn’t reach him by phone or message. Later, he explained that his phone had been broken, which caused the lack of communication. On the positive side, once he followed up, Deonta proved to be professional and experienced. He successfully installed my new Google Nest thermostat and got it working properly. I really appreciated his technical skills and the quality of the final work. Overall, while the communication issues were stressful, the end result was good. I hope he continues to improve on reliability because his expertise is clear.
