- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on labor hours, so we do not charge per square feet. We simply believe that is not fair to you as a client. Pricing should always be based on hours worked and not the size. Good thing to keep in mind is the more labor hours you need the lower the hourly rate which is a huge plus.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We do a pre screening call to see if we are fit to serve you the best. 2. We setup a appointment time for 30 minutes of uninterrupted to make sure we really get a understanding of your needs 3. Sent over your estimate and follow up as requested. 4. Once the contract if finalized we setup your checklist and start making your cleaning experience perfect!
