They were very personable and punctual. When paving my driveway they were answering all my questions(trust I had a lot). I appreciate that kind of service. Def recommended to a few friends.

If you care for your peace of mind THEN DON’T HIRE SMITH SERVICES. I usually don’t write poor rating reviews unless some one has taken advantage of your kindness and made a compelling impact through their service.
I hired smith services to build a patio concrete floor a month ago. He took the money to start the work. And later, He is UNPROFESSIONAL, has a POOR COMMUNICATION, UNORGANIZED, PUNCTUALITY Issues and is NOT TRUSTABLE with his timing- especially when he says he will do the work. I have written so many follow ups to him to do the work and finish the work he started. He wouldn’t answer your phone call except when it’s about getting money initially. He doesn’t return your texts timely but when he does he’s committing a false date and time to finish the work. He doesn’t show up at all. For a month ago project he still hasn’t removed the long wooden slabs around the patio concrete. He’s so UNTIDY. Instead of trashing waste things after work, He had conveniently left open concrete bag by the mail room. I got to know this after my HOA confirmed that it was him who did this and I had to cleanup the common area and carry a heavy concrete bag. As I write this, I’m still following up with him and he’s still hasn’t showed up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PAIN AND INCONVENIENCE FOR ANYONE.
