I'm quite impressed with Just Doors. Everything rom start to finish. We had a difficult and very heavy door replacement. Titus leveled the door, which had been in place since 1983 and was showing signs of it's age and weight. The new door loos and works great and if I ever need another, I'll be calling Just Doors.

Stephen was great to work with. We completed a large door renovationreplaced 7 interior solid-core doors, updated 4 closets with bypass and bifold doors, and upgraded hardware on other existing doors. Communication was strong, the work quality was good and pricing was reasonable for the scope. Highly recommend.

Just Doors was great to work with. My job was particularly difficult because of the way the home was designed but they stepped up and nailed the install of a double entry door. Scott managed the install and Aaron did the install. They were punctual and cleaned up the work space afterwards. I would highly recommend them!

The frame of my back door was damaged from a breach, and Copilot recommended Just Doors to get the frame repaired. The technician, Titus, was very knowledgeable and friendly, and he repaired the door frame to better than it was before the breach. I highly recommend Just Doors for repair work. Excellent work, great price.

Look no further! Stop searching and call this company. You will not be disappointed and you have my word. Getting a company that only does doors is far better than any box store can offer. You get very personal attention and excellent communication. Please take the time to read why I chose them below. I know it's a bit long but you need to understand and appreciate why I chose them.Best experience Ive ever had with a company, hands down! They do an exceptional job and didn't use any pushy sales tactics.Derek was the sales rep that came out. He is very professional and he took the time to LISTEN first, which I find a lot of salesman don't do. He helped us choose the right door that was best for us based on what we talked about and not for only what makes him or the company the most money. He did make some suggestions for upgrades that were logical and practical without being pushy at all. He explained what those upgrades were and how they might benefit us. This is what a GREAT salesman does and Derek is keeping that lost art form alive by caring about the customer. This is important to do vs just upselling for the sake of it. As a result, we ended up choosing a nicer door that made sense for us and the cost overall was beyond reasonable for the entire package.Once we placed the order we anticipated roughly 10 weeks based on what was ordered and also with consideration to Christmas and New Years holiday coming up. He set the expectation up front and maintained regular contact. Incredibly, only 28 days from when we placed the order, our door was installed!! (This is my scenario so keep in mind, every situation is unique)The installer crew that came out was very professional, friendly and thorough. They put up plastic all around the entry area to prevent dust from getting all over and from cold air coming in. They did a fantastic job and took the time to essentially triple check their work. To my delight, Derek came to the house while the crew was working to ask me how things were going and asked if we had any questions or concerns to which we didn't. He spent some time with us and didn't just rush to get out of there.The crew completed the work in a few hours and they cleaned the entire area up as if they had never been there unlike crews from other companies where NO ONE ever left the work area as clean as Just Doors did. Not even a single piece of the old door, nor any screws etc were to be found. Nothing!Later, that same afternoon, Derek followed up to make sure everything done was to our satisfaction and it was FAR beyond that. We love our new entry door and if you are still thinking about calling, stop thinking and make the call. Trust me, Just Doors is the way to go.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$80 for Trip fee for projects under 6 hours. $400 labor minimum for an estimate for 3 hours on-site, and $200 for a service call of 1 hour on-site.
Rot repairs are not included unless specified otherwise.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation call to discuss the needs, and solutions.
If it is a small project we can give pricing over the phone.
Getting pictures ahead of times greatly helps in quick pricing.
Schedule an inspection usually 1-2 week wait.
Arrive and confirm plan, and collect a deposit if proceeding with work.
