- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is done on a per job basis. Generally work is priced at an hourly rate or priced per item, sometimes both depending on the project and scope of work to be involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out exactly what work they're seeking to have done, where they are located, and the time frame in which they want it completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had education and training in the I.B.E.W.'s apprenticeship program, Atlanta Technical College, and Dekalb Technical College.
