Jericho is a hands on personal trainer who considers the goals of the client his top priority. He develops specific sessions for each client based on where they are in terms of strength and conditioning and where they want to be. He offers nutrition advise as an added bonus. Try it, you are sure to like it.

No we do not. Different strokes for different folks... Each person has individual needs so prices differ based on program, needs and budget
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will sit down for a consultation, get to know the individual and their goals, find out about any health issues, take them through a 15min workout session and if they are interested we talk about cost and their budget
