had an amazing experience with this junk removal and moving service. My apartment is on the third floor, and I honestly didn’t realize how intense the job would be until I saw how much work it actually took
Freaking literally over 500 steps back and forth. Not once did they complain or slow down.
They handled everything with care, from removing unwanted items to moving my belongings safely. Nothing was damaged, and they were extremely respectful of my space the entire time. What really stood out was their work ethic—they stayed consistent, professional, and efficient the whole way through.
By the end, my place was cleared out and everything was exactly where I needed it. If you’re looking for someone reliable who can handle a tough job without cutting corners, I highly recommend them.

Terrible experience. I was promised 3 movers, but only 2 showed up. One of the movers was a woman wearing open-toe slippers who appeared unable to lift heavy items and was barely able to perform the work required. Both movers worked very slowly and spent a significant amount of time sitting in their car instead of moving and packing.
The person who hired them arrived about 1.5 hours late and repeatedly claimed that another mover was on the way. That person never arrived. After wasting several hours, they suddenly announced that their 3-hour commitment was over and left without completing the job.
To make matters worse, they later sent a message saying they would come back the next day because of the rain. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional. They lacked basic moving and packing skills, did not know how to properly wrap or handle belongings, and appeared more interested in running out the clock than completing the work.
Despite providing far fewer movers than promised and failing to complete the job, they still expected full payment. I feel misled by the false information provided and the poor quality of service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company and look elsewhere for reliable movers. It’s a total scam. Please be aware of these people. They know tricks how to get money out of your pocket.
