Chris & his M2M Service crew are thorough. Very detailed. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything before he wrote up the estimate. Explained the care and upkeep of my new system for its longevity. Great value too. Totally satisfied with my 2 new garage doors, garage door opener, remotes, & keypads. Zero pressure, no annoying upsell tactics. Great warrantee as well. If needed, I am sure Chris would be just as great when backing all warrantees.

M2M is highly recommended for garage repairs. Not only are the prices fair they are very honest. We were prepared to have a new door installed (I had convinced my husband it was beyond repair) only to have James (I think please forgive me as I am bad with remembering individuals names) stated we didn't need a new door. He showed me a simple test and informed me by doing that test proves everything was working properly. He very well could have said okay this is the cost of a new door but he did not. He explained how the door should be maintained to keep it in good working condition 👏 M2M will be the first number we call when we are in need of garage repair or added curb appeal with fancy new door 🙂 Thank you again for the prompt response and honesty. Both are needed more in business.

Chris with M2M services did a fabulous job handling our garage door needs. He does a very thorough and professional estimate, as well as schedules & completes the job in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable about the product & service he provides and does not mind answering any questions or concerns you may have via garage issues. He was punctual on both estimate & job day, reasonable & fair in his pricing, and we like that there is an email trail when it comes to estimates & any money transactions. He does everything that needs to be done to make sure your garage is in working condition before he leaves your house & offers to return to make sure work is satisfactory. Great customer service trait! We definitely recommend them and would call them again if we have any future garage door issues/needs.

M2M Services LLC was responsive to my request and provided same day service. The cables on my garage door malfunctioned and the door was off track. Lorenzo explained the issue, fixed it, and provided maintenance tips to prevent this from happening in the future. I highly recommend this company!
