All fees, parts and accessories were discussed prior to beginning the project with full transparency. Greatly appreciate his time and professionalism. I have nothing but positive things to say about Mel and Mel’s Total Garage Repair. Number One: his honestly from three years ago is what made me seek him out: (at that time, he came over, SHOWED me what was wrong, and didn’t even charge me his normal service fee). This time, my Garage Door Spring violently broke Sunday night, and by Monday we were back up and running. Mel was easy to contact, immediately responsive, accommodating (schedule wise), professional, personable, and competent. He also gave me maintenance tips and advice for a replacement garage door opener when my current garage door opener’s motor (undersized for our large door) reaches the end of its service life. Choose Mel’s Total Garage Repair if you want to be a satisfied customer.
