James was excellent! He responded quickly and was able to fix an issue with broken siding on my house the next day after making contact. He was punctual and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was rectified even going into the crawl space and checking for other potential issues. Where other companies quoted me $900 plus, I saved hundreds of dollars using James who did the same exact thing the other companies said they would do!
