- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Transparent hourly pricing: $80/hour with a 2-hour minimum. Your quote is upfront and itemized — no hidden fees. A $50 booking deposit secures your appointment and is credited toward your final invoice. Referral program: give $50, get $50.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Send us photos and a short description of your project — we reply within a minute. 2. You get an upfront quote and pick a time that works for you. 3. A $50 deposit locks in your appointment (credited to your invoice). 4. Our background-checked technician arrives on time and completes the work. 5. We follow up after the job — and every project is covered by our 30-Day Workmanship Guarantee. Please note: we kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may incur a $50 fee for technician travel time. For safety reasons we don't perform work above 10 feet. All payments are processed securely through our system — please don't pay technicians directly.
