A deck required rebuilding bc of rotted wood-I had it replaced with a substance that looks like wood, but is made from a metal which will last forever. The repair was meticulously done and underlying issues also addressed and repaired( rotten beams supporting the metal planks). I also needed window rot removed from several windows. The predominance of all the window rot was replaced except for one which I noticed after I thought all were completed. Once I called to report that one had been missed, I was told it would also be done and not be asked to pay additionally for it. I must say the replacement wood and work done to the windows( which included repainting the new wood, looks great). I also had power washing of my sidewalks and driveway which now looks fabulous. I did not like the fact that my house was power washed as well and I was expected to pay for it. I expressed my dissatisfaction about the house being power washed and Michael agreed it should not have been done, nor the expectation that I should pay for it. Going forward, I have established that ANY work being done should garner my approval first. Since the quality of the work done on my house overall is quite good, I will be using this contractor again. Price for the work done was fair overall.
