FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size, age, and type of the property, as well as any additional services requested. Larger homes or properties with detached structures may have slightly higher rates due to the added inspection time. We offer: Transparent pricing — no hidden fees or surprise charges. Pay-at-close options for buyers working with agents or lenders. Bundle discounts for multi-unit inspections or add-on services. Veteran and first-time homebuyer discounts — just mention it when booking. Every inspection includes a same-day digital report with detailed findings and recommendations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the home inspection process smooth, informative, and stress-free: Initial Contact & Scheduling: Once you reach out, we’ll confirm the property details, answer any questions, and schedule a convenient time — we’re available 7 days a week. Pre-Inspection Communication: Before the inspection, we’ll send over a confirmation email, agreement, and a quick overview of what to expect. You’ll also have a chance to share any specific concerns or focus areas. On-Site Inspection: We perform a thorough, top-to-bottom inspection covering all major systems — roof, structure, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more. First-Time Buyer Support: For first-time buyers, we take extra time to walk through the property with you after the inspection. We’ll explain key findings in plain language and point out any issues we’ve marked — using blue tape for visual clarity — so you feel confident and informed. Same-Day Digital Report: You’ll receive a clear, easy-to-read digital report that same day, with detailed findings, high-res photos, and recommendations. Post-Inspection Support: We’re always available for follow-up questions or clarification — even after closing.
