- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our package deals are priced based on square footage, service rendered. We offer realtor referral discount as well as Veteran and first time home buyers discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call all clients for an over the phone consultation, at that time we gather as much information about the prospective property to develop an inspection that’s based on the age and condition of the property. We customize the best package with a combination of services that will give you the facts about the home. Once the scope of work is completed an agreement is made a physical inspection will take place and a report will be generated and sent along with an invite to review the report together over IP.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed certified Home Inspection training through HitIt PRO with Steve Seldon. Certified through INTERNACHI with 20+ specialized certifications.
