The price of the inspection will include complete and thorough review of the home's HVAC system, interior plumbing and electrical systems, roof, attic, floors, windows and doors, foundation, basement and structural components. Upon completion the client will receive a written report with results.

Mr. Williams provided great service conducting the inspection on my new home. He was very thorough and caught even the smallest detail during his review. Williams Home Inspection Services pricing system is very simple and fair. The price is determined by the home's size. Terms are worked out which are agreeable to both parties.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love working with first time buyers, there is so much for them to learn if they attend their inspection. I am not just an inspector but a teacher, who shows the buyer how to better manage their investment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am a member of GHIA and there are always continuing education courses that afford Home Inspectors with the capability to stay current on new inspection trends and what areas to focus inspections on.
