- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on size of home, how many rooms. I give discounts on jobs if its once a month or week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers that I work with I ask what exactly needs to be cleaned, I give everyone a reasonable price that fits their budget. At the end of service make sure every customer is completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in business management. I worked at a hotel for a year doing housekeeping work. Also did alot of janitorial work for a few years at recreational and commercial buildings.
