- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cozi Spaces is an Interior Design Firm that offers Full Design Services. We offer a free 30 minute discovery call. Committments can be scary so schedule a call and lets see if we are a good fit. If you decide that you would like to move to the next step then we will schedule a paid consultation. Before we actually meet I will email you a Client Survey which you will fill out and email back to me prior to our in house consultation. Our Consultation fee is 325.00 for up to 2 hours which will need to be paid prior to my visit. If you decide to use our company a non refundable fee is required at signing of contract. This fee covers the working docs which is as follows: 1. Measurement of room being designed or renovated. 2 Architectural Plans of the room, existing and proposed with Mep's 3.2D/3D Rendering of the Proposed space. 4.Inspiration Images This non refundable fee is not a part of my design fees. You will be billed separately for design fees at 175hr. Fees vary depending on the amount of hours and scope of work. Final docs will include: A. Mood Board B. Scope of work C. Shopping list with prices D. Selection of all materials E. Construction/ Vendor/ Bids/Pricing/ Selection (if apply) Hire 'Designer on Call' using our block sessions. Our interior design fees if you decide to use us is $175 an hour that can be purchase in blocks of 20 hours for the budget conscious or persons that need hand holding. Our Project Managment Services is 125.00 an hour that can also be purchase in blocks of 20 hours for the budget conscious. ( If Needed) We also have a Flat Interior Design Fee for Bathroom and Kitchen projects as long as we are not moving any walls and the squarefeet is under 300sqft for a bathroom and 400sqft for a kitchen respectively. Bathrooms: $2500.00 Kitchens: $4995.00
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We follow a 15 step Process to ensure that the process it succesful. But before we get through the steps.......... It All Starts With A CONSULTATION Their client's home transformation begins with an in-home consultation. We meet with the client at their home to review their current situation and to discuss all of their wishes and plans for the space(s). We're all ears in the beginning and take copious notes based on what the client show and tell us. We then make suggestions as to what we feel will create a better and more functional living environment; some changes could be implemented right away, such as re-positioning furniture or editing accessories, others might require more follow-up such as detailed drawings and furniture plans. The consultation also follows a strict process depending on the type of project, but for a home renovation and traditional interior design, the process is as follows: Initial Meeting - This is your time to SHINE... First impressions make all the difference. We chat about our firm, what we have done in the past and explain the design process with you. Walk-through - Depending on the size of the project, we will walk through every space and discuss the clients expectations, what they want to see change, what they want to keep, and we take a ton (A TON!) of images. At this point, we dont even take good ones, we just take pics to jog our memory when we do the design proposal. Last minute Q&A - After the walk-through, we discuss money and timeline with the client as well as budget. We will also answer any questions the client has and try to clear up any concerns they may have. If you choose us as your dream team and decided to move forward with Cozi Spaces. We lessen that risk by offering to put the consultation fee ($325) towards the project.

I have a certication in Interior Design and Construction Project Management. I have been in the Design Industry for more that 10 years.
