- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and based on the size of the project, surface prep, paint quality, and any repairs needed. I give written estimates so there are no surprises. I don’t charge hidden fees, and I offer fair pricing for multi-room or whole-home projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation to understand the project and what you’re hoping to accomplish. From there I schedule a walkthrough, take measurements, and talk through paint options and colors. Once we agree on a plan, I provide a detailed estimate and timeline. During the job, I keep you updated each step of the way and make sure the space is clean when we finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has completed hands-on training in residential painting, including prep work, drywall repair, interior and exterior coatings, and the correct use of professional equipment. Most of my experience comes from years of subcontracting and working directly with homeowners on quality-driven projects.
