tl;dr - Not bad work, but they'll charge you more than their estimate then disappear completely. For the first service, they were timely and did a pretty good job – although they charged me significantly more than the quote, they did my bushes, edging, etc., so that was more annoying than bad. Things were good enough that I booked them for regular service, every two weeks – we scheduled it out, got it into our phones, and they said they'd be back in two weeks. Two weeks later, on no one showed. The next day I called the listed number and got an answer, from a guy who said he'd "call the office" to get someone out to see me. No one called or showed that day or the next. So I called again – no answer. Sent a message via Thumbtack – no answer. Waited a day, called again and got no answer but left a message – nothing. Waited another day, called again, no answer. Gave up.

Showed up, none of equipment needed was charged, no bags for leaves I provided them, but they filled them with rocks instead of just leaves. Now on the bags are on the side of my driveway busted open. Have to figure out how to move them with a broken wrist. My quote was 121.00, ended up paying 165. For a very crappy job.
