- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I begin with a free consultation to learn more about your goals, challenges, and what you hope to gain from coaching. This helps me understand your unique needs and determine the best approach for your personal growth and emotional wellness. From there, we’ll create a personalized coaching plan that focuses on your specific goals — whether that’s healing from trauma, improving relationships, managing stress, or finding balance in your life. Sessions are conversational, supportive, and solution-focused, helping you gain insight and build practical tools you can apply every day. Throughout the process, I provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can be honest, vulnerable, and motivated to grow at your own pace. My goal is to help you heal, gain clarity, and build a life rooted in peace, confidence, and purpose.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Therapy and have years of experience working with individuals and groups to support emotional healing, relationship growth, and personal development. My background in mental health allows me to blend therapeutic insight with practical coaching strategies to help clients process trauma, improve emotional wellness, and build resilience. In addition to my formal education, I’ve received specialized training in trauma-informed care, relationship dynamics, and faith-based emotional healing, which allows me to meet clients where they are — mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
