I booked a round trip for my prom. After calling and emailing two days prior to the event with no response I was very skeptical and worried the driver wouldn't show up. However, everything worked out exactly as it was meant to. The day before the event I received a text message to confirm details and on the day of the event I received messages before being picked up and before being dropped off. Our driver (SUV) arrived on time and waited until we were ready to depart. He also arrived early when it was time to pick us up. He was very considerate and helped all of us in and out of the vehicle. The SUV (chevy) was clean and very nice. Overall had a great experience and would book with them again. Our driver was Paul !
