What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing includes a full makeup application. It includes a brow fill, eye shadow application, foundation, concealer, blush, eye liner, mascara, lashes and highlighter. The price is non-negotiable.
There is a 20% deposit that is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment time. The amount will be applied to your balance. I accept the deposits through square, PayPal and cash app and Venmo.
NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT
If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged for the appointment.
Pricing will depend on if you travel to me or if I have to travel to you. Travel fee will depend on the distance you are from my location.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key! Have conversations and build rapport, find out what your clients likes, dislikes, allergies and so forth. Building that rapport with your client will give then and you the confidence that both parties will be satisfied! Review pictures of various looks of the client is unsure what they might want. Again communication rules the nation!
