I highly recommend this business for mold diagnosing, removal, restoration and cleaning. The pro came to the site and was professional and honest in his examination for mold. The pro was very knowledgeable about the mold. He gave a fair estimate on solving the issue and with his skilled team they made short work of the project while displaying extreme competency. After the project was completed the pro was very professional in writing up the invoice and displaying appropriate credentials for proof of professional quality work

It was a very pleasant experience dealing with Brandon and his team. They were competitively priced and did a wonderful job with the mold remediation in my basement. They scrubbed, fogged, used a preventive paint, etc. Brandon had a really positive energy and was seemed like an honest, genuine businessman. I felt safe leaving my house while they were working. A lot of the other companies I spoke with made me feel as if they were trying to mulct me for my pennies but New Image was straight to the point, down to Earth, and hardworking. I would highly recommend them. Mold remediation is notoriously expensive, but luckily they didn't break the bank.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Brandon and New Image Mold Doctors! My expectations were definitely exceeded! I had mold in my walls in the kitchen area due to a slow leak in the refrigerator line. Throughout the remediation process Brandon was responsive, professional, fair and very thorough. I love that he took the time to explain the process during every step. I will definitely use him again and will be referring him to anyone I know who needs mold/water remediation services. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the carpet cleaning and repair jobs have a set price. Additional charges may occur if additional services are requested by the customer.
The mold remediation jobs require a complete walk through and evaluation before an exact estimate can be rendered to the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with potential new clients is fairly easy. Customers contact my company, we discuss the service needed, we discuss cost of the job where applicable, we schedule a time and date, our certified technicians come to your location and render the service. Customers receive a follow up from one of our field representatives.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has been in business since 2006. We are not only qualified but certified and experienced in the business. Each one of our technicians are well trained and professional.
