- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give discounts solely for customers to be able to take advantage of great service at a low price. I know how much I’m worth and how much I charge other companies for my services. The difference is, people aren’t corporations. Everyone deserves affordable help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually phone contact. When we meet in person it’s either to do a free estimate or to work. I arrive with my guys and do a “walk through” with the customer.This is when we find out what is going and assess the situation. We ask the customer to sit back, relax and we handle the rest.
