Ive moved MJC Movers three times for different moving needs, and Ive been happy with each move. My last crew with Taurus and Alejandro was as great as the other crews. They arrived early and finished early. I even got money back!!!

great crew and competitive pricing! def more affordable than college hunks or two men in a truck. mike who initially called me after my angie lost inquiry. was professional and transparent about any additional or "hidden" feeds and what their policies were. the two guys who came out, thank you for your patience! as i had something happen during my move they were quick to help and try and figure things out for me. i didn't watch their names.my only disappointment was the fact half the stuff i sent in to get moved. they could move because it was not already disassembled and they didn't bring tools or don't break down furniture.so because my queen headboard and frame were still together and my tv was still on the wall amongst other items. they weren't able to assist in moving them. i don't think that matters as far as pricing but part of the reason i hired a moving company was to move these exact things. so that part was a disappointment many other crew from other companies i've dealt with in the industry past would undo and redo furniture when moving.

MJC Movers assisted me with my recent move. The booking agent (Alanna) stayed in contact with me after I made my initial inquiry and was very informative and personable throughout the process. She was a big reason that I booked with MJC. The day of the move the movers arrived on time, were courteous, and was considerate of my time. They asked questions and got a full understanding of what needed to be done and went to work. The only downside was I did feel like office/dispatcher tried to add more money/time to my move even though the guys handling my move stated that it would not take as long as the guy at the office was saying, so i had to pay additional funds to get my items unloaded at the new location. I was able to get a refund for the unused time (which was consistent with what movers on site told them). I did have to do a follow up call to get the refund because it did not post during the timeframe given, when I called the refund had not even been processed. However, overall they did a good job with that exception.
