What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices all depend on the distance I have to travel . All prices are listed on my website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of my customers call to book an appointment or book via email. I block out 1 hour for the customer, each appointment is different. I never want the customer to feel rushed in case they have any questions. Valid state issued I.D. Is required. We accept cash, Cash App, Zelle, and take card payments via Square card reader. Receipts are given after all transactions..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am commissioned in Dekalb county, my commission expires on 1/21/2024.
