FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Georgia law limits the fee for the actual notarization itself, but mobile notary services may also include travel, convenience, after-hours, printing, scan-back, waiting time, or witness coordination fees depending on the appointment. I provide clear pricing upfront before confirming any appointment so there are no surprises. Discounts may be available for multiple notarizations at the same location, repeat clients, seniors, or local appointments with minimal travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to keep the process simple and professional. A customer typically reaches out with the type of document they need notarized, the appointment location, and their preferred date/time. I then confirm availability, pricing, and any identification requirements. Once the appointment is scheduled, I arrive at the agreed location, verify identification, complete the notarization, and answer any general process-related questions. My goal is to make the experience smooth, respectful, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned Georgia Notary Public with a professional background in training, customer service, project management, and client-facing support. My experience includes working with individuals, professionals, healthcare environments, and business stakeholders where attention to detail, professionalism, confidentiality, and communication are critical. I also carry Errors & Omissions insurance for additional professionalism and client confidence.
