What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Starting cost is $3. Other fees may apply
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer contacts me through thumbtack, social media or directly. We discuss services needed, pricing, and schedule an appointment. I will call/text to confirm up to 30 minutes or so before appointment. We will then meet at planned location, and complete services rendered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a Notary Essentials class provided by a mentor that was awesome! I also took the Loan Signing Agent course and exam and passed as well. I am NNA Certified and Insured.
