- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive prices per project as none is ever to small or large. I show favorable considerations with large jobs quotes. Return customers earn my respect and pricing does reflect such.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to conduct a phone interview or view photos to get a better idea of the project. After I identify and explain the project details, One Touch Painting will devise a solution to accommodate the customers request. My secretary provides daily easements which allows me to come out and take a look at the job relatively soon.
