Great taste and flavor. The dishes was also creative. Monica made sure she had plenty of food for the whole crew. Her meal was very memorable.

Monica helped me with my daughter 12th birthday party. I had the party in my home and the party lasted for at least three hours. Monica prepared sweet chili, BBQ, and lemon pepper skewers, fruit kabobs, and beautiful flower cupcakes which was a hit among the preteens. All of the food was delicious and fulfilling for the kids they really enjoyed the fruit kabobs and the skewers and kept going back for more . I was completely impressed about the time and quality. I would definitely use Monica again for my events.

Monica did an excellent teaching me how to make a sweet potatoes pie and pecan pie. She discussed the best brands of spices and utensils to use. She went step by step in guiding me to make these pies.she was very patient during the entire process. My pies turned out perfect and were a hit with the family. I will definitely utilize her for my next cooking lesson.
