I’ve been working out with Patrick for a few weeks now and I’m already seeing improvements in muscle tone and flexibility. Patrick quickly evaluated my capabilities and limitations in our initial session. He then developed a strategy to improve my muscle tone, flexibility and strength by providing me with a disciplined workout plan of stretches, cardio, and weight training. Patrick is always upbeat, positive and easy to approach. He is a very good communicator who explains the purpose of each exercise, then demonstrates each new exercise before I try it, and consistently solicits feedback from me when I am exercising. He is very safety conscious and attentive to ensure I am lifting properly with good form and within my current capacity to improve my form and avoid any injuries. His holistic coaching style motivates me to work harder to go beyond my current abilities to achieve my goals, learn more from him about weight training and good nutrition, while having fun working out.

I’ve been going for a few weeks now and I’m already seeing great improvement with muscle gain. He’s able to push me beyond what I thought i was capable of with great attention to detail and a keen eye on making sure I don’t get injured.
