This guy Vladimir is just terrific!!!! I had problem with my printer connected to my laptop. There were things to be printed and time was against me. I couldn't find any technician to do the job readily; besides, I didn't have the money they wanted to fix the problem. There was no gas in my car and I couldn't drive anywhere to fix it. Then Vladimir called and my problem was solved instantly! I didn't have to drive anywhere, he fixed the problem by remote control! I was able to get my things printed right away without having to get out of my house, or he coming over to mine. My printer is like new and everything is working perfectly now. I really appreciate and thank him for a splendid work and recommend him to everybody. I give him 5 stars for work quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value and punctuality. May the Lord bless his work!
