Mr. Andrew responded fast and scheduled the next day. He came out and diagnosed the issue with my shower. He communicated and showed me the problem which was totally different from what I thought it was. Communication is top tier In the end, my shower was fixed and he said if I had any problems, I can just call him. I appreciated his professionalism.
