- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Knowing the approx square footage will help tremendously with getting the best price. Our company charges by the sqft in reference to pressure washing. Pricing explained in detail upon quote. We do offer discounts for active duty and veterans. Members program with discount offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe in giving my customers the best service they’ve experienced. I also believe communication is key, so staying in contact with my customers from the beginning and even after the job is complete. We treat our customers like family and their properties like our own.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It started as just a hobby living in a HOA community it was mandatory to keep your property clean. But it wasn’t my first idea, I started out as a mobile detail business and began to notice various properties when detailing different clients. I began to do my research and learned the importance of pressure washing your home, cleaning your driveway or walk way. Just this can help with property value and also the health of your family. Roof maintenance and gutter cleaning can save you money over time.
