Incredible job! Would hire again and again. Was actually early, cleaned more than he had to and was very polite. He cleaned my gutters inside and out, blew off my roof, my deck floor- which he didn't have to do, and even washed off a dirty car in our driveway! Highly recommend for any pressurewashing job. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with the customer either over the phone or in person. I confirm the dimensions of the project and the surfaces to be cleaned. Then, I listen to the customer if they have any particular concerns and address them. Once the job is completed I walk around the property with the customer to allow them to inspect the work. Only when the customer is 100% satisfied do I consider the job complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my training is based on experience, I have been pressure washing for 5 years part time. This year I established Safe Wash Pressure Washing and dedicate myself full time to my business. I have a Bachelors from Valdosta State University.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started pressure washing 5 years ago to supplement my income. Since then my business has grown. Now, I dedicate myself full time to Safe Wash Pressure Washing.
