Introduction: I provide tai chi and Qigong classes for beginners at Mountain Park Activity Building every Tuesday evenings. I am teaching yang style 8-form tai chi with elements of Qigong in every class. I am also available to teach at your office or home for a group or individual instruction. Tai chi is a series of movements based on martial arts, involving the breath, mind and body moving in harmony. Qigong are exercises that help tone the muscles, using the breath, intention, and mind, to relax and destress. This Stone Mountain location is very conveniently located in Lilburn, GA, and also Snellville and Tucker.
