I had an 11:00 appointment on a Saturday morning and he was a No-Show ! I reached him at 11:45 and he was then asking what was the problem with my television. Said he was busy with something right now and he could come out later for the fee. But, I was probably better off buying another one. We could have handled this 3 days ago.
