I AM Studios asked for a review & I am honest and transparent. When initially speaking with her the customer service was awesome and I looked forward to working with her.. The day of the event came and a young man showed up, no problem. I asked if she would be coming and he said now, she was doing something with her children cheer team (understandable but should have been discussed prior). After the event my guess sent me pictures with other items in the pictures, there was no music for the 360, my niece told me they were told to add their own music and not one person received a printed picture. I reached out to her and to her credit she fixed the pictures but I still didn’t receive the printed one and was told she could add music. The event was bittersweet anyway and this just made it worst. If I had to give an analogy of my interaction it would be a gourmet meal served on top of a trash can lid with no seasoning. Never again.
