- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normal market pricing will be charged through insurance billing. If client wants to pay out of pocket, a set fee can be worked out based on the extent of damages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Airdrop Water Restoration schedules a time to assess provide a free consultation of damages. We advise the client if the type of loss will be covered under homeowner's policy. An assessment is given, client is provided with work authorization to begin services. If needed, client is supported while calling in damages to insurance carrier.
