Typically when you write reviews it's usually to complain but this review is definitely not that. Air Drop Water Restoration is nothing short of phenomenal. I had a water leak at my residence that flooded my kitchen area. Water got under the hardwood in the kitchen area. I called several restoration companies to get a quote and each one of them spent more time asking me about insurance than providing me with information on mitigating the damages to avoid mold. The damages was not extreme but the other companies quoted me close to $2k to rent the equipment. After looking online I found Air Drop. I called them and I explained the situation. The owner was very informative, knowledgeable, and understanding. He quoted me a fraction of what others charged, he educated me on the dangers of mold, measured the water levels on the sub floor on 3 different occasions (within 1 week) and would not remove the equipment until everything was dry. He did not charge me extra for usage of the equipment. These guys are amazing. They are punctual, being reasonable, trustworthy, and they will get the job done. I suffered a large water loss. I contacted Airdrop for restoration services who responded quickly - extracted the water, dried my floors and removed damaged drywall. They were professional and patient with me throughout the entire process. In addition, they dealt with my insurance company to ensure I received all my insurance proceeds, fairly. I would like to personally thank the entire staff at Airdrop for their impeccable service. If in the future I need your services (which I hope not :) ), I will definitely call.

I suffered water damage and had questions, on how to best take care of it safely and effectively and called Air Drop, from their ratings! I am so glad I did! They were patient, kind, thorough and knowledgeable and I really appreciated the time taken to explain the process best to handle this emergency. If you ever are in an emergency for water damage(my situation) or any damage restoration, you need to call this company. They are very professional, punctual, reliable, knowledgeable and most of all you can trust with your home. They explained everything they needed to do, and why it needed to be done, before you agreed to anything. Most of all they are not pushy sales people they genuinely care about you and your home. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normal market pricing will be charged through insurance billing. If client wants to pay out of pocket, a set fee can be worked out based on the extent of damages.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Airdrop Water Restoration schedules a time to assess provide a free consultation of damages. We advise the client if the type of loss will be covered under homeowner's policy. An assessment is given, client is provided with work authorization to begin services. If needed, client is supported while calling in damages to insurance carrier.
