They were extremely responsive and discussed everything with me prior to me making a decision. Once we confirmed a time, we sent pictures of the items and they made the recommendation for the truck size. They were on time and pretty quick with the move. We did have a multi story move and they were just as fast at the destination as they were when they started. Disassembled furniture and reassembled it. Very professional. I did opt for them to secure the truck, as there weren’t any available near me.
