I hired Mike from Floors ATL to remodel a bathroom. After meeting and talking with him, I knew he was the right contractor and I gave him the job to remodel my entire first floor. He tiled our kitchen, three bathrooms and built a new tiled shower. He also installed hardwood flooring, new carpet and painted. Everything looks great. My wife really loves the hardwood floor. She had a strong interior design and Mike was able to meet her goals. Mike gave us several good ideas on the interior design and we came to trust his opinions. We did have some problems after completion but Mike responded quickly and fixed all the problems. I intend to hire Mike again to renovate my rental properties.

I hired Mike to renovate my home before moving in. He kept within my budget and was able to give me an accurate price and time line. Because my rental lease was ending I needed to make sure renovation would be complete before a certain date. I am extremely pleased with Mike's work and most importantly his communication. His workers were very polite and my wife felt comfortable having them work while home with kids. I would definetly be hiring him again. Once I save some more money.

Mike and his crew did an excellent job sanding and finishing my first floor and installing new hard wood on my second. Mike was always on time for any appointment, and his crew completed the work exactly in the time frame he estimated. He was also very easy to deal with and responsive to any questions or concerns.

Price its something that we can always work on it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can work by going to your house, first talk about your project over the phone , I had client that sent me photos and I was able to give them a very accurate quote over the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started doing this a long time ago, 1991 in Stamford, CT I trained with a company over 3 years Learning step by step the process of installation and sanding and finishing and after I went to sales and while doing that I got really involved with full home remodeling and a little after opened my won business.
