My husband and I have lived in our home for nearly 7 years now and have wanted to update our master bath for quite some time. The straw that broke the camel's back was the valve leaking in our shower. We could have just fixed the valve but used this as an excuse to remodel the entire bathroom. We reached out to 3 different contractors and decided to go with Kelly at Sanctum Design. She was professional, experienced, and had great ideas. She also had great reviews. We made changes to the initial quote several times due to my husband and I not being sure that we wanted to move forward with the entire bathroom remodel as some unexpected financial obligations came up. Throughout this process Kelly was very understanding, helpful and offered suggestions. This put us very much at ease that we were in good hands and eventually decided to do the whole thing. Kelly is also awesome at design. She thought of things I didn't which I appreciated. She is very responsive which is another thing I appreciated because you hear horror stories about contractors. The first day of demo I was very impressed with the team. They were professional, courteous and did a phenomenal job at demo, clean up and care for my home. I can't say enough about the entire team she has put together, from the plumbers to the tile installer, cabinet builders, drywall team and glass door makers. Everyone did an exceptional job. There were small things that came up but that's all part of doing a remodel. The end result was our dream bathroom which when I enter each day, I can't believe it's mine. I'm in love with my bathroom and have shared pictures with my neighbors and friends. Everyone thinks it's absolutely beautiful. A few months ago, I did not think I'd have my dream bathroom anytime soon but thanks to Kelly and her team we do. I would absolutely recommend Kelly and her team at Sanctum Design & Build.

It was great working with Sanctum to remodel my bathroom and bedroom. Following are my experience working with them. 1. Excellent communication from the quote process to the project completion 2. They have taken care of my county permit process 3. Helped me in choosing a right design 4. Quality work in demo, plumbing, tile, insulation, drywall, glass door installation, painting and closet 5. They were able to complete the project within the estimated date. I would definitely recommend Sanctum for the home remodel.

This is the 4th bathroom we have remodeled in our house and this was by far the best experience we had. Kelly and her team were very responsive and prompt - they always arrived when they said they were, they did excellent work and were able to complete our bathroom remodel in a short period of time. I highly recommend Sactum and I will be using them in the future.

I can't express enough in words how happy we are we went with Kelly..... but I'll try. The Quality and bang for the buck we received from Kelly and her entire crew was first class. Our needs and budget were listened too from the beggining. We needed our hand held at times but Kelly was there to ease our way through the process. We were quoted twice as much from every other vendor for the same project. No budging. Kelly listened to all of our wants and needs from the project and formed a plan of action that fit our budget. They turned the eye sore of the house into our master bath show piece. It went from an unusable 80's jetted tub to the most amazing walk in shower. Epic. My wife felt respected and safe as the crew knocked the project out ahead of schedule. If you don't give Kelly and her crew at least a shot at your project, you'd be doing yourself a disservice. 100% recommend and we will be using her for every other remodel need we have moving forward.

Although we did not end up going through with our bathroom remodel due to a last minute relocation, we were going to use sanctum due to Kelly’s responsiveness, attention to detail with style and competitive pricing.
