I hired Kelly from Sanctum to completely renovate a 1,500 sq. ft. home in Sugar Hill, Georgia, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. When I purchased the property, it was in extremely poor condition—there was a terrible odor throughout the house, evidence of rats, old carpet stained with food and other substances, papers scattered across the floors, and urine stains in the bathrooms. The home was in dire need of a full overhaul. Kelly took over the project with professionalism and precision from day one. She set a clear 2–3 month timeline for the renovation and managed the project meticulously, ensuring everything stayed on track. What impressed me most was her ability to plan and coordinate all tasks in the correct order, avoiding costly mistakes or rework. For example, she made sure that flooring, electrical, and other critical tasks were scheduled and executed in the right sequence so that we could maximize efficiency without compromising quality. Her expertise went far beyond that of a general contractor—she demonstrated excellent project management skills and an eye for design. She acted as a de facto architect, showing me clear designs and visualizations beforehand so I knew exactly how the finished spaces would look. The scope of the renovation was extensive. She oversaw the remodeling of the entire home, including: Breaking down a wall in the middle of the house to combine the kitchen and living room Installing a new kitchen island where the wall used to be Building two side storage cabinets for the kitchen Completely renovating both bathrooms: removing old tubs, installing a new tub in one bathroom, and creating a brand-new standing shower in the master bathroom Installing new toilets in both bathrooms Replacing flooring throughout the entire home Adding a barn door Completing all electrical work, including ceiling lights inside and outside Despite the size and complexity of the project, Kelly kept the work moving efficiently and completed everything on schedule. Her attention to detail, organization, and dedication to quality ensured that we could finish the renovation as planned, with no delays or unexpected issues. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Kelly is very detailed and takes pride in her work. All the materials and labor work were of high standards. They helped me select material but often did returns and got the credit for unused materials.. We remodeled all the bathrooms, kitchen, and finished the big portion in the basement. Everything was done with high standards. I highly recommend them for remodelling for all the work.

Kelly and her team did a great job on multiple renovation projects at my condo. I hired them to remodel 2 bathrooms, remove textured ceilings, swap out and add new lights, replace carpet with LVP, and paint the whole house. They did a great job! I love the results and everything was really timely. Kelly had great design ideas and stayed within my budget. I came back a few months later for a full kitchen remodel and had the same experience. I have a new, modern, and functional kitchen that I love. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I have lived in our home for nearly 7 years now and have wanted to update our master bath for quite some time. The straw that broke the camel's back was the valve leaking in our shower. We could have just fixed the valve but used this as an excuse to remodel the entire bathroom. We reached out to 3 different contractors and decided to go with Kelly at Sanctum Design. She was professional, experienced, and had great ideas. She also had great reviews. We made changes to the initial quote several times due to my husband and I not being sure that we wanted to move forward with the entire bathroom remodel as some unexpected financial obligations came up. Throughout this process Kelly was very understanding, helpful and offered suggestions. This put us very much at ease that we were in good hands and eventually decided to do the whole thing. Kelly is also awesome at design. She thought of things I didn't which I appreciated. She is very responsive which is another thing I appreciated because you hear horror stories about contractors. The first day of demo I was very impressed with the team. They were professional, courteous and did a phenomenal job at demo, clean up and care for my home. I can't say enough about the entire team she has put together, from the plumbers to the tile installer, cabinet builders, drywall team and glass door makers. Everyone did an exceptional job. There were small things that came up but that's all part of doing a remodel. The end result was our dream bathroom which when I enter each day, I can't believe it's mine. I'm in love with my bathroom and have shared pictures with my neighbors and friends. Everyone thinks it's absolutely beautiful. A few months ago, I did not think I'd have my dream bathroom anytime soon but thanks to Kelly and her team we do. I would absolutely recommend Kelly and her team at Sanctum Design & Build.
