- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every kitchen and cabinet is different so the best way to recieve a quote is to text or email me a few pics of the cabinets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client reaches out to us, it's best to get a picture or two of the area needing service. Then i'll ask several questions to get the key information I need to provide a quote. Often times I then can make arrangements to see the area if any more info is needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm actually a trainer and lecturer on cabinet finishing. I train other cabinet finishers and painters in 2 day workshops that are hosted around the country. I've been doing seminars as well at larger venues for about 15 years on specialty finishes.
