Was quick to give a sales pitch to get the job but now that they are paid can not get a return phone call to fix an issue that came up in the install (they trashed my UV light), have not gotten any warranty info, and have not gotten information on included maintenance visits as was promised.

Please don’t fall for service charge will be back if we go with them trick. They are giving very high quotes for repair (when it costs very less for the actual repair ) or recommending to go with a new system. They gave me 1600$+ quote and collected the service fee of $79. I got a second opinion for free (they are always free even for the first time) from a different company and they fixed the issue instantly by charging just 200$. They got the new parts too in that price. Hope it helps someone like me. I was in a shock when I got that quote from this company.

The appointment was surprisingly fast to set up and Cesar was on time. We quickly reviewed the issues with the AC unit. Cesar narrowed down the issue very quickly and had the part on his truck. Installed the part, testing the freon levels and we were done. I greatly appreciate how friendly and effective Cesar was in supporting our needs. We'll use Climate Heroes again!!!

Once we identify the source, we assess the severity of the problem and escalate it to either our service or installation team for resolution. Our team then addresses all concerns with the homeowner’s system, ensuring everything functions correctly. Afterward, we conduct follow-up check-ins to confirm the system continues to operate smoothly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians and installers are fully trained, licensed, and insured in the State to Georgia. We also regularly attend up-skill training with all field employees to make sure they stay up to date on new processes and technology.
