The appointment was surprisingly fast to set up and Cesar was on time. We quickly reviewed the issues with the AC unit. Cesar narrowed down the issue very quickly and had the part on his truck. Installed the part, testing the freon levels and we were done. I greatly appreciate how friendly and effective Cesar was in supporting our needs. We'll use Climate Heroes again!!!

That fear that hits you when you step inside your home and it feels like 90 degrees and there is nothing you can do about it…. On Saturday night my a/c went out. I called a few companies but no one would come out until Monday and if they did, they charged an emergency dispatch fee of $150 average. Not giving up hope, I decided to try again on Sunday. I came across Climate Heroes and the song “Holding out for a Hero” kept playing in my head, I thought this is exactly who I need! I booked on Thumbtack and my appointment was secure. About 10 mins later, I decided to call and confirm just to make sure. The last thing I would want is to sit at home waiting for someone to show up and be disappointed. It was good thinking because I spoke with Tony from Climate Heroes and he explained he would not be able to make it because my location was out of the perimeter that they service. Feeling defeated, I thanked him for his time. He asked me what’s going on and maybe he could help over the phone. He then provided excellent advice and suggested a DIY approach. Sure enough, this hero saved the day! Followed his advice and now my home is back to normal. I definitely recommend this pro 100 times over. He did not have to help me since I was not in his service area but it showed me a lot about his character. He is honest and reliable. Please call him for any of your HVAC needs! Thanks again Tony.

I’m so lucky I found these guys. I have a baby and am also pregnant (third trimester) and our AC went down. Climate Heroes came over the same day (on a weekend!) and repaired our AC within an hour. The pricing was fair and the service was white glove all the way! We will definitely be using these guys going forward for our AC.
