- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our pricing transparent and straightforward so you always know what to expect. We provide FREE estimates, multiple options to tailored to your needs, and we never add surprise fees. Seasonal promotions and maintenance plan discounts are available for our members. We explain the options clearly so you can choose what fits your home and budget. We also offer a Price-Match Guarantee for quotes with comparable work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with a new customer, we make sure they are part of every step. We start by looking at the issue together. From there we complete a thorough evaluation to determine the cause of discomfort and assess the condition of your system. Once we have a clear picture, we present options that fit your needs and explain the differences so you can make an informed choice. After you approve the solution, our team completes the agreed upon work the same day whenever possible. We finish by making sure you receive a 5 star experience, with clear communication, a clean workspace, and confidence that your system is running the way it should.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Heroes (technicians and installers) are fully trained, licensed, and insured in the State to Georgia. We also regularly attend up-skill training with all field employees to make sure they stay up to date on new processes and technology.
